     This fuel system is going to allow to flawlessly run, port injection on the OEM ECU. Making it posible to have fuel for over 1000hp, without modifying any components on the OEM direct injection fuel system. Allowing you to run full E85 in case you need it. Without struggling, leaning out the fuel and running safe A/F ratios. The other good reason to run port injection, is to keep the same fuel economy, when you don’t need that extra power. This will keep the intake valves clean. This is a full fuel system upgrade.

     

    This kit works with OEM ECU and Hondata Flashpro . This fuel system will manage any ethanol content automatically, no need to reflash , you can run pump 93 and add any ethanol mix or straight E85 , and the system automatically will setup the fuel trim , ignition timing and air charge to allow optimal boost without maxed out the turbo . It has multiple features such as direct drive of ethanol sensor ( no need to have a full flex fuel kit , just the sensor alone is enough)

    This kit includes:

     

    * Standalone Injector ECU.

    *  Radium port injection fuel rail .

    * 4 injectors 1050cc.

    * Tuning for OEM ECU plus standalone included .

    * Moded fuel sender unit if you chooses the selected option ( bigger fuel pump , external fuel pressure regulator , external fuel filter and ptfe fuel lines )

     

    Notes: This is a proprietary system, it is locked and will be tuned by S.E.S Scheihing ELectronics Solutions LLC or the follow autorized tuners .

    *Now this port injection fuel system can be tuned by Phearable (John Vega) ; 1 to 1 Tuning (Mike Sweeney;  IMU (Innovative MotorWorks (Derek Robinson)

     

    *Ethanol sensor (optional ) Now available ethanol flex fuel sensor included as extra option , allowing to save money instead buying a whole flex fuel kit.

     

    *Ethanol flex fuel sensor with fittings options : It has all the required fittings to plug the OEM hoses directly,  which are ethanol resistant .

    • PRODUCT INFO

      We haven't seen yet really the full potential of this fuel system solution yet. At the moment I had tuned the car on E50 making 581 WHP and recently cranked up using full E85 making 602WHP, the motor is completely stock with 4piston TR3 cams ,Ferrea valve springs and Borg Warner EFR71763 turbo (550hp rated).

      The power made at 602WHP was at 29~31 psi peak and 21 degress ignition timming 12:00 AFR target.

       

      The new option ' 'NO high flow fuel sender upgrade'' will not supports power above 570WHP. (Not tested yet above these power levels without upgraded fuel sender unit)

    • SHIPPING INFO

      This fuel system takes a couple weeks to produce. It usually takes around 20 days to manufacture all the components , please take in consideration the lead time .

    • Important FL5 /DE5 owners!

      Check the options including Hondata CANFLEX or without ( You will need it in order to make the system work on flex fuel)
